Christianity, 33% worldwide, Islam, 21%, "nonreligious" rounding out the top three with 16%!

for the US, Christianity is 76%, "nonreligious" 13.2%, Judaism 1.3%

Isn't it interesting how different the US is than the average of the world? Christians are clearly the majority in the US, but clearly in the minority with regards to the rest of the world. Also notice the more even spread of the world religions, the US is much less religiously diverse. I think it's pretty fascinating, anyway.

Christian (with Catholicism being the largest group), followed by Islam, then agnostics/atheists, then Hindus.

Even though I'm Christian, I'd say we (or any other religion) are way outnumbered in strength and in faith by Islamics.

Dunno, the Catholics are a pretty large minority...

Aren't catholics Christian? If not why does my grandma belong to a group called "Christian Mothers" at her catholic church with her catholic friends? Catholics are just another denomination of the organized christian churches.

I believe its muslim right now, followed closely by catholic. Christian fundamentalism is way back there, thank God.
