in theory Jesus couldn't have read the new testament because he was dead before it was ever written. But if you think that he, being God, can read whatever he darn well pleases then I would say no. He INSPRIED the writers of the new testament to write what they did. so he already knows what is written there.
However the he DID read the old testament as he was a Jew.

For jaydragon0, before the printing press was invented, the books of the Bible were hand written and copied by scribes for more than a thousand years, just like every other book. Written history did not begin with the Middle Ages. By the way, I have personally seen many beautifully preserved copies of handwritten Bibles dating back to the 600s, 700s, 800s and 900s. The work is incredible - clear, with beautiful caligraphy and illustrations, colors and everything. This has nothing to do with the first question, but I thought it would be interesting for you to know.

No, Jesus never read the New Testament because it was written after His death. However, He knew and inspired (through the Holy Spirit) every word that would be written in it, for it is the very Word of God.

No, but he gave Revelation to John, through the angel at Patmos. So did he really need to read the New Testament I really don't think so. But surely disgusted with what we have done to it.

Nope, He Is the New Testament..
He is the reason we have the New Testament..
He Is the promised one, the prophecy come true.
Jesus was no prophet, He Is the prophecy..
He brought the prophecy to life..
Thank you Jesus Christ..

The Bible wasn't printed until the Middle Ages fool...Never heard of the Guttenberg Bible...massed produced for the first time by the printing press.
Until then all passages were given verbally...plus...how could Jesus READ of His own Death...

Of course not... it wasn't written yet!
I'm assuming that you are speaking of Jesus's time on earth. Jesus still lives today and he's probably pretty darned familiar with the work...
