This was a car that i gat from the Dealer and it was a Lease, when i returned it was over w/ the miles and now they want to charge me the extra miles. I did returned the car and with a really good conditions, now i recived a lien notice from that court, i really don't undertand cause i dont have any properties under my name. please help me to understand what to do. thank you

Something like this I think I would go see a Lawyer and maybe if your in your rights you can counter sue them.

You have to pay the dealer. You signed the contract regarding mileage. Even if the car was in good condition you still have to pay. You should have recieved a garnishment? They can take from your bank account and any bank account with your name on it. They can also take your paycheck.

Call the dealer and tell them you'll pay - otherwise it will go on your credit report (if it hasn't already) and you will still pay.

Life lesson learned. People get a lease for one of two reasons: You are trying to drive a car you can't afford or you buy a new car every one to two years and you don't lose money that way - mainly for people who have money.

The lien notice should show what property is being liened against

call the court. or the dealership. they are putting it against you so they can get anything you have in future normally. pay for the extra miles and it should go off.thats why you always get unlimited miles or be careful. you gotta read the whole contract.
