My sister just came to USA she is a resident and as every person that’s here she wants to get better as a person and accomplish her goals but she has a vascular problem she has ulcers in her legs that just wont let her work she needs treatment but she has to be 3 months more to get benefits ...I was wondering can she
apply for disability after just being here 1 month.

You say she is a resident, but you don't mention if she is a legal citizen.

If she is not a legal citizen, she is not entitled to disability.

If she is, and has just come back to the US and is working for her disability credits, then there should be no problem.

It's just a legality question...if she's legal, yes, if she's not, no.

I don't think she can apply for that...even people born in USA sometime still have hard time to apply for that...but she can go to Government free Hospital to treat that...just a long line to wait but she doesn't do anything for right now,,,right?

Best to contact the embassy for such information, but odd are not, as she is not a citizen. It would depend on her degree of being allowed in the country.

Social security will automatically deny all claims initially. These is their way of weeding out the moochers. Appeal it and then good luck.

Any US citizen can. Especially if she is abnormally young to have ulcers.

contact your local congressional office they will be able to tell you and assist you/her in signing up
