I'm guessing you don't have access to air conditioning right now, else you wouldn't be complaing. So, uh, picture yourself in Anarctica, get a nice cold glass of water, turn on a fan? (Buy a squeeze breeze for the future?,) and if you get really desperate, get some ice cubes, take a cold shower/bath... whatever it takes.
