Longhorn is a chain of steakhouses. They have really good chili cheese fries that have bacon on them. If you didn't want the chili, you could request them without.

Such as Steak N Shake, Denny's, Arby's, Big Boy, ect..

I know of outback steak house,friendly's and ruby tuesdays.those are the ones I have been to that serve them. :)
