The travel accessories section (usually near the luggages) in the major department stores (Robinsons, Takashimaya) will have good choices for you. Otherwise, try the pharmacy chains like Guardian's.

the best ear plugs are sold in the sporting- goods section, the should be good enough to help you sleep anywhere

Check the airport gift shops ...most of them carry earplugs for light sleepers and folks who have altitude problems.
