Well this is a great question I have had an online romance for months with this guy only to find out he is a fake never trust the picture they put up ,This one got his pictures from a Modeling agency and has taken many women to the cleaners They will repp what they sow ... You really need to investigate every person on this thing I know it sounds crazy but I have a new wedding gown hanging in my closet and no where to wear it...Go Figure I learned the hard way and got hurt.Just be CAREFUL

I have done it before a few times when I was 19-23, and I dont think its a good idea for young girls to meet guys off the net, some people lie a lot, and also you find out more about them in person, mostly for the worse. None of my internet meetings went well for the long run, so it sometimes can waste your time and money

I've done it several times. Most have all been good people. But always meet in a safe, public place and only meet people you feel comfortable with. If you have second thoughts, don't go.

its fun to meet people on the internet just to talk to them but meeting them in person isnt the same. just dont get your hopes up of meeting someone amazing just by what they say and how they describe themself. i met a girl once who says she was 5"11 and 130 lbs, blonde played volleyball in college. she was really nice and everything talking to her but she lied to me the whole time because im six foot and i was looking up at her at 6'3 and the 130 was closer to 200. she was still fun to hang out with and drink with but i was hoping for a "date to score" but it just turned out to be hanging out and going to a party.

i was in washington state and found a girl online in maine, we talked and webcammed (so i knew she was a chick) for a couple months, Ive been living with her for over a year now. No problems, cept for her mom who hates me.
