I mean it is ridiculous how many times I see the word crime when it comes to illegal inmigration. Inmigration laws are demographic laws, Criminal laws are the ones againts someones integrity like steal, murder, rape or something like that. It is stupid compare someone that cross the border illegal to a murderer. Break an inmigration law is like breaking a traffic law (like a speeding ticket or a DUI), they dont give you jail if you get caught they just deport you. If it will be a criminal act they would put you in jail, but it is not a criminal act.

Definetely you are the one that should be going to law school, if you havent heard about something, it doesnt mean that doesnt exist, the world doesnt turn around you, a demographic law is like the one they got in china that they cant have more than one son or daughter. And to the other girl general statements are always bad, there are white, black and asian criminals, that shows the big feeling of racism you got. It is pathetic !!

It is a crime. Why deny it. And it does cause damage. And willfully breaking a law is bad.

Our country is a nation of laws. One of those laws is that to live here, you must be a citizen, or have legal documentation that proves you have permission to be here. If you do not have the documentation, then you are breaking the law. thus, you are a criminal. There a degrees of crime also, first degree murder, second degree murder, manslaughter etc. There are different types of crime, criminal, civil. just because the punishment for being an illegal alien is deportation, does not mean it is not a crime. A lot of crimes are committed and the perpetrators do not go to jail, shoplifting, possession, speeding. And yes, generally you do go to jail for DUI. You get booked and fingerprinted and appear before a judge or magistrate, Anytime a cop reads you your Miranda rights, you will see a judge.
It must just be a fluke that a hell of a lot of the illegal Mexican criminals that are here are actually in prison for the reasons you mentioned, murder, rape, theft etc. We don't need that kind of crime to be imported from Mexico, or any other country. We also don't need or want the gang activity, drug activity, human smuggling or any of the negative things that a lot of the illegal Mexicans are bringing into or communities. If you don't like the way that the majority of United States citizens want to live, then leave, preferably tomorrow by sundown. We don't want you here, unless you want to live a good clean life, and that would start by arriving in a legal status.

90% of all identity theft is caused by illegals. 8 % are hackers, and 2% are incorrectly posted data.
The Identities that I speak of are American, and Legal Immigrants.
By the Millions these people's lives are being destroyed, YEARLY. They will never be able to own a home, go to the doctor, or send their kids to school beyond high school. And, most of the people who have their identities stolen are poor, or very quickly end up that way.
Less than a quarter of people that have their identities stolen ever recover from the damage, and that number is steadily dropping.
Illegals are not immigrants, I don't care if they do use the plight of good people (Immigrants) as an excuse. If I as a Tenth Generation American can not break the laws my ancestors forged into the Constitution, and the Declaration of Independence, and if the good immigrants that come here respecting my country can't break our laws, I'll be damned, If I will allow someone who is not in my country by abiding by it's laws get away with it.
Illegals are criminals, and those trying to use pity or anything else to convince people that these are not law breakers is a fight not worth fighting. It is not going to happen. Americans have shown great compassion before with the last two amnesty bill, and all that did was get us millions more willing to break our laws. If illegals do not have to abide by our laws, why should Americans?
In court room for a fine I can't pay because I can barely feed my family, I am not given pity, and if I can't pay the fine, I am jailed to pay it off.

Sealrborders said it very well. I was wondering when you were coming on here.
You can say it's ridiculous or racist or any other straw that you want to grasp at. We are a nation of laws and we go by them, you should too. When a person knowingly breaks the law, they become an instant criminal. You are ignorant in comparing it to a traffic ticket. Nothing could be farther from the truth.
Many illegals, once they are here, do murder and rape OUR citizens. I don't want people like that in my country.

First - the way you spell IMMigration is a crime. Second - you refer to it as "illegal inmigration" (your spelling, not mine) which infers a crime has been broken - dontcha think? Many of those then DO commit crimes - identity theft, tax evasion, murder, rape, etc. - look it up to see the percentage of illegals in prison. It's abnormally high. And just because they haven't been putting them in jail (yet) doesn't mean that a crime hasn't been committed. And it's not like speeding. If somebody speeds, it does not have the same impact/burden on the American taxpayer that supporting all these illegals has. Stop downplaying it. IT'S A CRIME!!

The reason that the word "crime" comes up with those that are within a country against the laws of that country is because they have done an illegal act - thus a "crime", a federal crime at that. So your comparison to a traffic law is - limited in knowledge on this topic is limited and should be studied more.
Not difficult to understand at all........

Being an ILLEGAL is a CRIME, that's why they are CALLED illegals, because they have BROKEN our laws,by sneaking into the country!!! And,a LOT of these illegals HAVE raped, murdered ,and molested children! You want that kind of TRASH in the country??? OVER one million crimes( such as rape, murder.etc) are committed by illegals every year!!
At least if people come here LEGALLY,they are screened to see if they have a criminal background, and to see if they have a communicable disease!!!!

Heck ... criminal is criminal ... breaking our laws IS criminal, whether it be for a traffic offence or illegal immigration ... by your logic, you shouldn't get a ticket for speeding either then? Fine by me ... I don't know where you get the definition of criminal anyway ... breaking the law, ANY law, is criminal no matter what you would like to call it ....

If you are breaking the law then it is a criminal act. Since illegal aliens are breaking the law to be here then they should be arrested and treated as any other criminal would be.
DEPORT ILLEGAL ALIENS

Yes, it is a criminal act under Federal Law. Our leaders choose not to enforce it, and that is what is fueling America.
