For me it is to place a CD that I like in my walkman..put my headset on and relax in a recliner and just shut my eyes. When I get off work it takes me about a 1/2 hr to an hour to destress. But I feel better afterwards.

Calling on a higher power - pray. meditate. read the words of Jesus. Not only will you relax and de-stress, but you will find peace and joy that you have never had before. Hot bath, think happy thoughts. laugh out loud. be silly.

well the best way 2 relax according 2 me is Listening the music. it gives me lots of relaxztion and all my worries ends just by it

I turn off my phone, lower the lights, and put on some really soothing music. Then I take off my clothes and lie on the floor, close my eyes and think happy thoughts. Try it!

Take a deep deep breath in through your nose. Then hold it in for about 5 seconds. Release naturally through your mouth. Do this several times and you will feel better and calmer immediately. Try it! :)
