If the moment you died, you awoke in Court as I discribed above.

Hypothetical ? Maybe ... but what if?

I would smile!! I would present my case if I have to, but I would also rely on Jesus - if not complete, because he would also have to be my advocate(or a lawyer if you like).

However, the above scenario is not the actual turn of events. As things stand, I will not be in danger of being judged or condemned or any of such. I understand that there is therefore now no condemnation for them that are in Christ Jesus, who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the spirit.

So I am exempted from any Court and prosecution ~ and I just like it like that!!

The way I see it, Satan will be be the prosecutor, God will be the judge, and Jesus will be our defense attorney. Satan will remind us of our sins, but Jesus will say He was already punished for them all. I've heard it described that way many times. Of course it will not be a court room, but we'll have the book of life there wherever it is, and if our name is in it, Jesus will defend our case.

In the end mother nature was the judge..... look at the effects of Christianity.. Jesus is evil
Humans have no right claiming to speak for god.
god is Creator.... and Atheists serve him better than any human participating in religion.... these are but a few of her judgments.

Well it is hypothetical. But let's see...... if that happened?
Satan wouldn't be a good prosecuter, He would do his best to get me locked-up with him.
Christ as the Judge nah! He's already forgiven me of my sin.
Now if Satan was the Judge, and Christ the public defender,
that's a better deal for all of us. but on second thought Satan
wouldn't be a very good judge either.
God is the judge! Hey! that's right! Ding-Ding! I'm free from HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would feel very secure and safe with Jesus as judge. Luckily, He knows the truth and He knows satan is nothing but a liar.

If Jesus is for you than who can be against you? There is no power greater than Almighty God. You will never ever be alone! He died on a cross for each and everyone of us, and represents all HE stands for. The Son of the living God.

Actually you are pretty close. This is the way it really will be:
God is the Judge
Jesus is defense attorney
Satan is prosecutor

All you have to do to win your case is to TRUST your attorney...He has already paid the Judge off.

That would be an unjust judicial system: the devil is biased he wants me to go hell, jesus is biased he wants me to go to heaven and can overrule the p.a. and the defendant that represent himself has a fool for a client. Jesus will always forgive me so I'll be heaven bound.

I wouldn't have to do anything. Satan could prosecute all he wants but Jesus has already saved me. I would sit in silence.
