We had a S.W.A.T. team (with an armored car not a step-van) but the name was changed to S.O.G. (Special Operations Group) because it does not sound as violent and keeps the jury from relating what actually happened to what they saw on some 70's TV show.

And in case you were wondering..........Yes, they still have the Armored Car (The Dept. became politically correct - Not Stupid).

well it used to be special weapons assault team.but the whiny libbys cried about it and it was changed to special weapons and tactics .
