everything is electronics has pros, and cons.
u just want the cons?
ok
1: draws too much power, so ur electricity bill would go up.
2: has image retention issues(even though most of it will fix itself)
3: only lasts about 60,000 hours(even though thats 27yrs at 6hrs/day)
4: Kinda priceeee
5: have some glare issues if u have windows or lots of lights.
6: does run warmer then most TVs.
7: usually crappy speakers(but what TV doesnt)
8: Analog channels look like crap.

Pros?

1: One of the best HD picture quality.
2: Best color reproduction(under optimal conditions)
3: Hang on the wall for mr. fancy
4: almost a full 180degree viewing angle.
5: good black levels so u get more detail in everything.

A lot of plasma HDTV screens easily get a picture burnt in on the screen. Meaning if you pause a movie or game or something, and you let the same picture sit on your screen for a short time, the picture will be there permanently. This will not happen on all, but on some.
