You have to get up and move around get your heart rate up a little, stretch your legs. Look around don't just stare at a computer screen or a sheet of paper. Think of it like when your driving a long distance and you start to zone the miles just go by and you don't remember them. You have to pull over and get out of the car to refocus. If your allowed pop your ipod in with some pumping tunes. Good luck.

I KNOW HOW U FEEL!! im a security guard and it was supposed to be my night off tnite but i had a phone call 14.30 this afternoon, the other guard couldnt make it so i had to come in, and i havent had no sleep since saturday night, and im staying awake by going outside for a stroll and walking around the office.

Listen to music that will wake you up. Chat with someone (face to face or on the phone) for a few minutes. Drink ice cold water.

How much sleep are you getting?if your only getting 7 hours of sleep you should be sleepy so sleep for 9-10 hours.If your sleeping anough but still sleepy visit a Sleeping Disorder center

sometimes the caffine jsut makes you crash harder.... try sleeping diffrent.. lavender in any form helps you sleep eaiser...
