My personal favorite, having visited a dozen or so, was Bermuda. It's lovely pink coral sand beaches are not only beautiful but unique. It is or was I should say Britain's oldest colony. Therefore the English language is spoken making it easy for us tourists. The Bermuda dollar and the American dollar are equal and both are used interchangeably. Also the electric is American standard, so watch out British travelers! Well that's where and that's why! Hope this helps! I'll leave the link for Bermuda's tourism page to.

Rottnest island 12 mile off west australian coast out from Perth .. fremantle its port .

Named after the quaka that lives on the island ...called a RAT
hence rat nest as the first people to land called them.

unfortunatly the goverment is making it impossable for the average family to visit by charging too much to stay on the island for a night.. its turned into a rich persons holiday place today
