I think you would be pleased with some products for straightening hair that Matrix manufactures. They are called Sleek Look. I would use the Sleek Look shampoo, conditioner, and the styling creme all together to insure the best results, though. Here is a link you can click on that will inform you about the products and how to use them.

There are a few good ones that I know of. Sleek Look by Matrix, Super Skinny by Paul Mitchell, Smooth Down by Redken. Sleek Look is probably my favorite, it works and smells great!

I've used Sleek Look by Matrix and Super Skinny by Paul Mitchell. I like the smell of Super Skinny better, but Sleek Look does the better job. And I don't know why... But, when I use Super Skinny, it takes me twice as long to dry my hair. HMMM?

i have used alot of different things, bc my hair is fine, yet abundant, and frizzy. Biosilk works well (salon), and also Helen Curtis Heat Activated Moisture Infusing shampoo(wal mart). try deep conditioners, they work to keep hair smooth and not poofy. i found mine @ sally beauty supply. ask your hair dresser, or find a professional that specializes in your type of hair. to smooth it on the go, try Catwalk "camera ready" it wrks well.
