I have no idea ,but we must remember Arizona, California , Texas New Mexico was at one time not so long ago Mexican territorie.Fences are meant for privacy and privacy leads to wanting to see what is behind the fence, I dont think it will work out and the so called teroristas are coming tru Canada!

Thats right look in san diego new fence look great thats why most illegals move to Arizona.
But we must check tunnel too

Fences in my neighborhood are mostly so your dog doesn't poop in your neighbors yard. It applies to the border too I would guess.
