Write him a note, send a card, pass-it-on thru a mutual friend, accidentally (but not really) bump into him in the hall, shoot him with a rubber band across class, call him on phone.

just sort of slip it in there and don't be nervous, if you know he likes you there is not much to be nervous about. just bring something up that you two were both at maybe a party or some sort of game. Good Luck =]
