How can I make my own photo sculptures?

I want to make my own 3-D effect sculptures from my photographs.....

Buy a 3-D Programme... they make them... Or take up a computer course and learn how to do it...

I've seen many books in the library about this, in the crafts section. It's fun and not difficult to do. Check out your local library or ask a librarian for help.
