The Bible has a scientific test how to identify a true believer. It is mentioned in the Gospel of Mark, Ch. No.16, Verse No.17 and 18 - It says that… ‘There will be signs for true believers and among the signs - In my name they shall cast out devils, they shall speak foreign tongues, new tongues, they shall take up serpents - And if they drink deadly poison, they shall not be harmed - And when they place their hand over the sick, they shall be cured.’ This is a scientific test - In scientific terminology, called CONFIRMATORY TEST’ FOR A TRUE CHRISTIAN BELIEVER.The scientific terminology, is called as the ‘falsification test‘ That means if a false person tries and does this test… takes poison, he will die.And a FALSE PERSON will not dare attempt this test - If you are not a true Christian believer, you will not dare attempt this test. Because you try and attempt the falsification test, you will fail. So a person who is not a true Christian believer, will never attempt this test.

hahahha. That will preach. NOT

Didn't this already happen? snake handlers... blah blah...

WHO WAS JESUS TALKING TO? HELLOOOOOOOO?

JESUS GAVE THAT POWER TO WHO? Not CHristians He gave it too the Apostles.

THE APOSTLES GAVE IT TOO...NOBODY. That ended with the Last apostle.

Any Christian that claims to have the power of a apostle, We can see. A apostle had the power to raise the dead.
We can go to a cemetary and, you raise the first one from the grave....I'll raise the second one.

Well I have to give you credit on this one. You picked a questionable text. In most of the older Manuscripts the Book of Mark ends with verse 8. If you use a modern translation the text you use here is noted as not belonging to the Book of Mark. But it is in the text of most Bibles. So that makes it fair game for you to use and point out errors. That was not in the original text and is most probably an error.
We can not argue this one. So until the scholars fight this one out-you win.
So now, whats the score 1 to how many?, dude you are still way behind.

This was for the apostles before the bible was written. The Pentecostal type churches still try this, but remember..God also says not to tempt Him.;) Later on in I Corinthians, it also tells how to handle tongues and other areas you mentioned. One must take the WHOLE passage(s) into context, not just pick and choose what you like.

There is also a falsification test in the RCC for the transfiguration of the bread/wine into the body/blood of christ.. Put poison in the wafer and tell the priest...see if he eats it or not. If he truly believes he can pull Christ out of Heaven and into that wafer...he'll eat it. If not..he won't.

Once again, either you are cutting and pasting or lying. Either one is intellectually dishonest.

17And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

18They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

19So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.

20And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

These were the disciples. Also, it is generally accepted that these sign gifts were just to establish the church's legitimacy; this is the reason you don't see them after the first century. :)

Seriously?????
Did you read the whole passage. The resurrected Christ was referring to that time. Not now. Go ahead, take the poison, I'm pretty sure you'll die, regardless of what you believe, christian or not.
AND it's not scientific. Science tells us that, generally, when poison is taken you DIE. Casting out demons as NOTHING to do with science. Healing by laying of the hands has NOTHING to do with science. It's metaphysical, supernatural. Where do you get this crap?? And believe it???? Seriously, how old are you? If you're young, I guess I can't be mad at you. But, please reread what you wrote. It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen.

That was inserted into scripture after the 13th century by Roman Catholic translators and a few other areas (not many) trying to squeeze in their own little signature.

The NIV Bible identifies ALL of these suspect scriptures clearly. These suspect scriptures I will not use. Its common sense that of certain passages suddenly show up after the 13th or 14th centuries and are not in the earlier witnessing copies (manuscripts) then they were injected.

This is why I stick with the NIV for the reverence they used in translating and assembling the Bible with great care.

First of all the particular passage you are quoting is questionable whether or not it should be included int he canon of scripture or not and many newer versions omit it. But considering it is genuine it has reference to those days before the scriptures were complete. I Corinthians 13 "when the perfect comes the partial will be done away." It is also mentioned in Hebrews 2 that God was giving these signs as confirmation of His truth. "After it was at the first spoken through the Lord, it was confirmed to us by those who heard, 4 God also testifying with them, both by signs and wonders and by various miracles and by gifts of the Holy Spirit according to His own will. " This is no longer in existence and if anyone thinks differently they have the option of proving it by doing it.

First of all, yes, those things can and do happen. I've personally seen and /or experienced casting out of devils, and speaking in tongues, and I don't doubt the other stuff.

As for attempting the test, Jesus also says, "Do not put the Lord your God to the test."

Luke 4:9-12
"The devil lead him (Jesus) to Jerusalem and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. 'If you are the Son of God,,' he said, 'throw yourself down from here. For it is written: 'He will command His angels concerning you to guard you carefully; they will lift you up in their hands so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.' Jesus answered, 'It says: 'Do not put the Lord your God to the test.' "

Also Duet 6:16
"Do not test the lord your God..."

There is a Baptist sect in the southern United States who as a part of their worshop, handle poisonous snakes. Claiming to tame the serpent through the Holy Spirit. I've seen it. I will not dispute their authentic virtue. - Snakes throughout the church and those who were bit, did not show signs of poisoning.

Little too extreme for me, my friend.
