There is only one form of birth control sanctioned by the Bible, abstinence.

If you are not married, you shouldn't be having sex.

If you don't want to get pregnant, why would you want to engage in an activity that naturally results in pregnancy. If you are going to play the game, you had better be prepared to pay the price of playing.

The rules depend on the religion. In Catholicism, for example, all forms of birth control, as far as I know, are not accepted. In Judaism, as another example, men can't use condoms, but women can use pills, condoms, etc. You should probably ask someone at your Church. Regardless of what your religion says, always use protection if there's a chance your partner may have an STD.

I'm a christian. I think we shouldn't use it, we should just be careful with how much we have sex...I'm pretty sure back in the days of Jesus that people weren't having sex all the time, It has become this thing that we 'have to do', when truly if you love the person you're with, you should be able to not have sex if you don't need to.
My answer is from my own opinion, not based on my religion, I know plenty of Christians who do believe in using birth control.

According to Christian and Muslim religions birth control is not right. But modern world has disregarded the ideaBirth control is more exercised in Christian countries.religious books were written when population was small. Now in the era of population explosion of some of the lines in these Books have to be rewritten.Birth control is a personal choice rather than following religion.

According to the Holy Roman Catholic Church any form of birth control is wrong.......and in this day of gross over-population who can blame them. Many religions have taken the idea of "go forth and multiply" to a gross distortion. The sharing of physical love should be just that and not a means to an end...

Good question... here is my opinion. God desired humankind to have children, but acknowledged that not everyone needed or should have children. I have had two children, and decided that I had my hands full! Many other women can handle more kids than that, but not me. I love them so very, very, much, which is why I knew that if I had a third, my mothering skills would diminish! It's sad but it's a fact. So I dealt with it and my husband and I have chosen to stop having children. I'd like to think that since God knows me and knows what goes on in my brain and my life, He understands.

By Christian Faith it would be wrong if thereis fornication involved. Because fornication is a sin.

within a lawful marrage between one man and one woman? That is not spelled out in God's word. You will get a whole lot of different interpretations from the Christian Crowd on this one.
I am of The Christian Faith and I do not see any reason it should be a problem withing the confines of marrage "relations"

A woman has the right to decide all matters regarding her body, just as a man has the right to decide for his. That she is the barer of children is of no consequence, she alone decides her needs, that includes birth control, and abortion

well. I will have to limit my answers to christian and northern european paganism, because I havn't read the koran or the books of the budda, or anything regarding shintoism, but from what I have seen it isn't actually mentioned so you have to make up your own mind, in the bible there seems to be some great diversity of sexual conduct that is acceptable , for example, sampson is pledged to god and is not alowed to cut his hair or eat or drink grapes, but sleeping with a prostitute doesn't break his vow to god so he maitains his supernatural strength. When he makes the mistake of actually confiding his secrets to the whore is how he gets in trouble. solomon has multiple wives and is considered a godly king.women having sex out of wedlock though seems to be frowned upon, because it screws up the property inheritance, nobody wants to leave their money to the son of the milkman

ABSOLUTELY! I totally disagree with a ban on birth control. God has allowed birth control to be developed, so families should use it, especially if they're poor.
