No but they do have landing lights.... radar and advanced avionics pretty much take care of everything else.

In a way. Not really headlights, but they do have lights for landing, and taxing that are like headlights. Just about all aircraft both military and civilain do.

Most of them have landing lights that help them see in the dark, but as for "headlights" in the car sense, no.
