that is psychological abuse and very cruel. your step mom is acting like a child. your little sister is following moms example. what you are getting is know as the silent treatment. unfortunately there isn't much you can do, maybe give them tit for tat, do something like take the mail out of the box or something they will be looking for and hide it, when they ask you for it , give them the silent treatment. they are evil phuckers you ask me.
