lol - you don't get anybody to change ever at all. They are who they are - and if you like that great. If not, move on. There is no reason to believe they will change anytime soon. Tell him when he is done "playing" to look you up, in the meantime you are looking for a real grown up person who wants a relationship - who wants to share something valuable with you, not play you.

You are actually asking if it is possible to change someone. The answer is not really. They are who they are. Romantic notions of "I love you for who you are- now change" are ridiculous and not real. He has to decide to change. Good Luck with that.
