I would love to see Christian pastors start inviting pastors of different denominations to preach in their churches. So what if we disagree on some things, this would spread and begin to show the world the love of Christ we all as His children are supposed to have toward one another. After all Christ said by this shall all men know that you are my disciples that you have love for one another---not by how perfect your doctrine is but by how perfect you 'love' is. How about it true men of God. What say you??!!

I am not a Pastor but I am of the Christian Faith.
Untill all who profess to be Christians truly are, that is never goiing to happen. the doctrinal and dogmatic diffeerences between the various denominations prohibit such mixing. If all who profess truly were of the Christian Faith there would be no need for swaping pastors to achive unity. What you see as denominations is just religious man invented horse hocky. Those of the True Christian Faith are not of any man religion. There is only one Church and Christ is The Head .

At any true Christian gathering all are already welcome who come in honest peace. You do not need to be of any "denomination" you dont even have to be of the Christian Faith.

You're not the first person to suggest this novel idea. The fact of the matter is that there are too many subjective idiosyncrasies involved in religion even if you consider yourself non-denominational.

I agree totally. At our church we have invited religious leaders from other faith traditions to be present at our services and to take part during our services. We have gone as far as inviting other faiths, such as Muslims and Jewish leaders to be a part of our services. In this way we can form a deeper understanding of their faith and how we are all connected...

OK I will consider this if you cite (show) the scripture references for your suggestion. So far, you have not shown any understanding of the new testament that you misquoted out of context.

Of course that would be a great idea but I don't think all will agree. That will be quite unenterprising.

You are asking for a miracle and that each preacher bring his own form of God or Jesus with him and thats asking for a brawl.
Christians actually tell each other who goes to hell and who goes to heaven. "My jesus is better than your Jesus".
