can u be more specific? like kung pau, or rice pau, or mah pau dou fu or do you want the recipe for pau dough???

Pau Dough:

500g flour
90g palm sugar (light brown will work)

A-mix
1 tbsp instant yeast
2¾ tsp double action baking powder

40g shortening
210-220g lukewarm water

Sift flour into a mixing bowl. Add in sugar and (A); mix. Add shortening and combine all ingredients well. Pour in water and mix into a soft and pliable dough.

Cover dough with a damp tea towel and leave aside to rest for 10 minutes. Divide dough into equal portions of 50g and roll out each portion into rounds. Place some filling on each portion of dough then wrap up to form a pau. Place pau on a small piece of baking paper. Leave to rest for 10 minutes to prove then steam over high heat for 8–10 minutes or till done.
