It depends on the state. The people answering that it isn't allowed, either don't know or live in states that do not allow it and they haven't considered that other states do!

Massachusetts allows you to request the information by certified letter for specific purposes, i.e. parking lot fender bender follow up, etc.

Yes and No, Well if you know a crooked cop then yes as they can run the plates and get the address and name of the person on thier registration... and no as that is not public information according to the DMV or law. You can report the plate if need be and that is about it... or just follow them to find out who they are... (Don't suggest following though as that is stalking)...

Yes, but you would have to be able to hack in to the
Motor Vehicle Databse's mainframe and have a persons VIN or Social security number and then log in as a sertian employee there then have the persons VIN or SS# and type in that under Identification and it should bring up the facts and you can click on what you want in the facts and youll probably find that persons phone number, adress, zip, and all of their credit card charges and all that good stuff just through that but if you want more answers you gotta hit me up

In the US; yes. But you would have to find someone with access to the Motor Vehicles database. A police officer has ready access to these resources.

first go into the marcimendum file on your average personal computer. then open the special case file labeled carsforme2. Indefinatly u should eventually reach the partitioning drive on the pc's restocking file and just simply download it. simple as pie.
