Based on that logic your question should be in the Bible.

I don't think Dan Brown was alive when Jesus was walking the Earth. The disciples who wrote most of the New Testament was with Him for a little while and saw Him do many things. Paul met Him once, when he was struck blind.
Also, many people have written about Jesus. That doesn't qualify for an entry into the New Testament.

Just like the Gnostic Gospels (ex. Gospel of Judas) books like these cannot be included in the Bible since they were written way after the time of Jesus and are not verified by witnesses.
Understand that the Gospels and the New Testaments were written (and scholars agree) during the time of the contemporaries of Christ. So if there was any error on the writings of one, the other witnesses would've cried foul and protested.

Do you know what bible means? It is only another word for 'book'. That is what it all is. Just as much as all the other ones out there. They are just writings. Now the problem is when people become obsessed with mere words to be something above all else. This is death for whom ever does this. They become one sided and solid. What they do not know is Life is Life. It is constant change. If you stick to one thing and never change, you die. To find God, you need to have an open mind with discernment. You find what resonates within your heart and follow it. If you make a mistake, who cares! Learn from it and move on.
Most people hold the Christian bible close to them. They value it. They live their lives by it. If it is something you value, then by all means put other things with it that you value. Put a picture of your dog that you so love in it. A picture of your wife, or husband. Even your girlfriends panties if you would like! It is your world you create. It is whatever works for you my dear friend! Cheers!

All these questions about Da Vinci --
why don't you try and read the book behind Dan Browns novel??
Bloodline of the Holy Grail: The Hidden Lineage of Jesus Revealed , by Laurence Gardner.
that'll tell you what Brown built his novel on.

You're "questions" are starting to be a bit tedious. The books of the Bible were the inspired works of God. They were written by men who either were apostles or were close associates of the apostles. They were also all written before 90AD.
Dan Brown's was not, is not, and he states it is a work of fiction by his own statement. Therefore it does not belong in the Bible.
BTW...at least change up the type of questions so that I can think in a different way.

of course his book does not belong in the Bible. As most people know, and Dan Brown has repeatedly stated, "The DiVinci Code" is work of fiction...that means it is not a true story and it is not based on facts other than that which composes most historical fiction. But you already know this.

The Quran talks about Jesus too, but it sure isn't the Bible, Apocrypha books talk about Jesus too but they are not parts of the Canon because they do not fit the requirement.
Lots of books cite Jesus, it's absurd to say they should all therefore be parts of the Bible, LOL
