ALL flakes are not dandruff. NEVER use your fingernails on your scalp. THAT will cause flakes. Don't use a dandruff shampoo if you think you are using your fingernails to shampoo.

I think head Head and Shoulders is very good but if you really have bad flakes get Selsun blue.Never wear the black without the blue.I aso recommend Organic Root Stimulator Uplifting Shampoo you can really feel it working it makes you scalp tingly and has a great mint smell to it!
