Since a pencil is an instrument used for communication, it could be a metaphor meaning Mother Theresa was an instrument of God in which she spread the word of the bible through her work of helping so many. I hoped that helped. Have a great day and don't sweat it.

Mother Theresa was a woman who loved God. The big question is , did she accept Jesus as her savior before she died and secured her salvation. Because the catholic church does not teach that, and all your good works in the world will not buy your way into the kingdom of God. You must go through the Son Jesus, to get to the Father.
John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
Catholicism does not teach this.

a pencil is used to make a mark, line, a smudge, on that what it touches. Mother Theresa left her mark on so many that she touched and many more that read about here life. I for one believe that none other could make such a wonderful image than God drawing upon us with the life of Mother Theresa.

I don't know what you mean by a pencil for God, but she sure did follow the teachings of Christ, she was a very holy woman, who held the dying in her arms, and she herself came from a wealthy family I think in Italy, and yet she chose to work with the poor and dying, she won the Nobel peace prize in 1979.
She practiced the teachings of Christ, Feed the Poor, Clothe the Naked, Heal the sick.
I lived in Florida in the 70's and she came there to talk to the bishops, and she made a statement which I have never forgotten,
She was walking along the beach and looking at the elderly people just sitting there with no one, and she said to the Bishop,
"In my country(Calcutta) we may be poor, but we do not suffer from being alone, I look around your city and I see not poverty but loneliness, and to me loneliness is worse."

I think Mother Teresa was so humble that God chose her and she wrote what God wanted of people to do. Her life dedicated with love to th e poor and ill is a very good example of God's call to the rest of us. She wrote down inhistory how love and care surpasses any social stratos and could reach outside thse limit.
She wrote for God and a lot. Humbleness, caring, loving, giving, praying, sharing, speakign the word of God, so much its impossible to cite it all here.
She knew God's commandments to the tee.
She believed the worst perso n in the world is that of a liar. Because liars go from one lie to lieing about everything and that can really be a weapon.
Mother Theresa worked or left a legacy for others to want to give and be charities to monitor the assistance to millions of children and third world families. Princess Diana , one of her followers and one who did her own charity work heavily, died only a few days apart from Mother Theresa. To me that meant a lot.
Mother Teresa showed the world "not to be afraid" to reach out and touch someone. Unity. Which is also what God's written word is about.
So you see based on Mother Teresa's life works all of God's wishes for humans to follow , were written down by newspapers about all of Mother Teresa's actions followed by great publicity and followed by our great Pope John Paul II or Karol Woytila.'
MOther Theresa wrote a book of love doing all her lifetime work. Her inspiration was God's word.

She was not. Who told you that? She was no saint either.
A saint is a person who gives your life back to you. Not take it
away in the name of Christ.
Mother Teresa became famous because of her foreign connections. There are thousands of people like Mother Teresa in India who devote their lives to good work but I have not seen the Christian world or the Pope getting all excited about them. Is it because they are not christian?
M T converted more people to christianity single handedly than any other missionary on earth. And in my opinion, that is a violation of human rights.
That is not being a pencil of GOD. That is taking away the
life of someone and making them christian.
So the world can say what they want. Mother Teresa, to me, did more harm than good when put on a scale.

mother Teresa was truly one of the most evil people that ever lived, think of this, she refused to let birth control be taught to India's poorest of the poor but then she "kindly" held a washcloth to a small boys head as he lay dying/ She was the cause of the sick children who suffered and died needlessly because of her interference in their lives. She took herself out of the mix by becoming a nun than forced her opinion on others. When two British journalists went to Calcutta to interview her, they discovered she had left to go to Rome to give donated monies to the Pope. They found filthy blankets and starving children while she was doing photo ops and winning the Nobel Peace prize. I hope she's burning in hell as we speak!

I would view her more as a mirror of his tender mercies and of the complete servitude God had when he emptied himself and became as a man to show us by example!
Or a pencil, just as well!
