How do u get a guy to open up okay my guy acting all weird all stuff over my love for him.

Just give him time. Don't rush him cause if you do it won't count. Just let him realize how great you are, be there for him and in time he will realize how great you are and that you love him. If you told him, well good. Now you know he knows that. Alot of time girls say it first. It's not that he won't love you. It's just he is not mature enough relationship wise for those words. He will in time. Just don't bug him with it cause then he wil realize you aren't the love of his life like he might have thought but another gf. Actions speak louder than words. Good luck sweetie :)!
