Just tell her how short you want it and let her trim. Make sure there are know long pieces when your done, and after you are done getting it trimed, wait a day and then the next day see if there are any uneven pieces of hair. And DEFFINITLY do NOT put your hair in a pony tail and let her chop it that would come out all uneven and edgy and would be a mess. Hope I helped!

if you have long hair put it into a pony tail and chop off a few inches (like 2 or 3) off the bottom of your pony tail.
