If there is no point system in Kansas, your license is safe.

Except for the speeding part, yeah. I have a Kansas DL, too, and I'm in CA. That in itself isn't a problem. Your KS license will follow KS laws. You, on the other hand, need to follow the laws of the state you are in. Also, you might want to think about if you need to get an Ohio DL, since you should have a license for the state in which you reside. Good luck with the not speeding thing!

No, you are NOT OK...You drive too damn fast! LOL!
Seriously, though - if you have a mandatory insurance law, chances are your insurance is going to skyrocket! You are REALLY lucky they DON'T have the points system. Other than the obvious lost money and the insurance (if they get reported), as long as the tickets are paid I think you'll be good to go. But when you DO go...for cryin' out loud....SLOW DOWN!!!

Yes in Ohio there is a point system. I think it is 12 points they take your license. There are driving schools you can go to and take a remedial course. In doing this I think it takes off 2 points from your license. It does cost alot though.

Ohio patrol officers are only paid minimum wage, but they get a percentage of traffic fines collected.

Many of them make 6 figure incomes.

You may want to consider relocating to a state that has more tolerance for your behavior. Perhaps Montana or Wyoming.
