Soy milk with low cholesterol. It's good for your health.
Milk of milch cow has rich taste with proteins for cooking, coffee, baking cakes, cookies, and bread.

Both of them are good and it depends on you!

I make special frozen sweets with milk, gelatin, and a lot of fruits. It's good to have milk in our daily life for your health.

For summer, I always make milk shake with lemon juice and honey. You mix them and shake it with your head lol for a minutes. It's all good and I'm always good in shape and very healthy during hot summer! When you have a time, please try this, my original soft drink with soy milk and milk of milch cow!

Milk is for babies. Think about it.

Cow milk is filled with udder puss, no joke. Something like a million white blood cells of puss per mililiter is the cutoff. If they get a batch of puss milk they just mix it with cleaner milk to bring it up to standard. Mmmmmm....udder puss...

Milk depletes calcium becuase it acidifies the body (think acid rain on your bones). It also triggers alleries in unrelated things (my hayfever is cured if I avoid cow milk and milk products)

Soy isn't that great for you either. It contains estrogen-mimicking hormones that can turn boys girly (personal experience) and does god knows what to females. Plus, 90% of soy grown in the US is genetically modified so Monsanto can sell more Roundup® herbicide. Buy organic or else!

And another think, there is no such thing as soy milk becuase there is no soy tit. It's soy juice. But noone would drink soy juice so they call it milk. (lifted from Lewis Black routine)

Soy milk is way better for you. I think it has a creamier taste. it doesn't contain all the bovine hormones that regular milk has. And it doesn't get sour. If you are lactose intolerant it's the best choice.
