Go to the next Vogle fair on July 15 & 16, there are hundreds of vendors there who will be selling birds. You'll have no problem finding the baby you want.
Here is their website:

Find a local bird club. Go to a bird show. Ask the pet stores for bird club name and number if can't find one.

Make sure you have worked and been around birds before. That's a big critter to get involved with if you don't know how to be in charge. And definitely.. yes., get a hand fed baby one.

Again, make sure you check around.. I personally think that only about 1 out of 5 breeders are actually good with their baby birds and it makes a world of difference in the birds personality. Find one that feeds a variety of foods too.. mixes in fruits and veggies with their food.. feeds zupreem or similar foods., etc. That makes a big difference too.

But they're the neatest animal out there. They're like a big puppy dog. FOR LIFE! Good luck!

go onto BIRDTALK.Com they have a section where you can find birds for sell...I would only get this type of bird from a breeder, or a all bird store
