I really really like this guy, maybe even love, but he's completely obsessed with my freind who he used to go out with. She isn't interested in him, he's the last person she would ever go out with, and he knows this. He talks to me about her all the time and i tell him to move on but he says he can't. I dont know what to do, i dont think i can take him talking to me about her anymore, but i think i love him. What should i do, should i try and move on or try and help him to move on?

You need to try and make him interested in you, when hes chatting about her with you change the subject get him interested in you and hint around or ask him if he wants to do something with you. If he does give him a kiss on the cheek! Hell get the point! :)

Sounds like you may be obsessed. Do yourself a big favour, move on. Make it a point to find other men, avoid this one, he's a game player. Get away from this one, there's another train coming along the tube.

Sorry hun but i think you have to move on from him, i know its hard but its probably for the best. If you persist i think your going to get hurt. But you know at the end of the day its your life adn you know wots the right thing to do for yourself, if you truly believe that there is a chance then go for it. Good luck.

Sorry I know its hard when you love someone but I should try to move on. Perhaps try and distance yourself from the situation if possible. Perhaps even dating someone else.

give up! If he's that obsessed with your mate it'll always be on the back of both your minds if you ever got together. Who wants to be 2nd to their mate to their man?

you should move on- you could risk ruining your friendship . if you did date, you would be the rebound chick, and I dont know if thats what you want, esp if he is still going on about his ex.

just be his friend

I'd say, if you want him to be interested in you, then start treating him like crap. This seems to work for your girlfriend, so why shouldn't it work for you?
