Atopic dermatitis(eczema) itches and burns;it's uncomfortable because the skin is filled with nerve-endings.We have nerve-endings in our skin so we can feel and sense things(it's just the way the human body was formed).

I've suffered from eczema on and off for most of my life. I've had the liquid filed blister etc. I know it's extremely unpleasant. The only thing to do is go to your doctor and he/she will give you a prescription for a cortisone cream or ointment which will clear it up quite quickly. Also an antibiotic if needed. There's no need to be referred to a dermatologist for this. Your normal gp can sort you out. I make sure that i use a gentle unscented body wash or soap and i also ensure my skin stays hydrated by drinking lots of water and use a body moisturiser. A doctor told me recently about drinking lots of water (even better if it's luke warm, as it absorbs into your system quicker), and it really does makea huge difference.

My little boy had eczema on his cheeks. I was not sure what method to use but I didn't want to make my boy go through any surgery treatments at this young age. Some suggested a plastic surgeon since it was in a very visible location but our family doctor recommend this natural guide.

Eczema itches. Blisters hurt. You keep on scratching. It gets worse.
