i saw this person on tv and i thought he would have a latin name but his first name is common among african-american children.
his last name is american like Rose. is that a latin or african-american common last name?
what color would you say this person is.
he looks latino but also could pass for a light-skinned african-american with wavy hair.

He is whatever he wants to identify himself as. He is a human being, that's for sure, but as for his race, that depends on his heritage. As for how he wants to be classified, that's entirely up to him.

Well, a name can't always tell you what race a person is. Anyone can have any type of name, or change their name to anything. For example Charlie Sheen. By his name would you know he was Hispanic?

The best way to tell what a person's race is, is by how they look. But that can be difficult as well. So how do you know for sure what someone's racial background is? Ask them!

That all depends on the amount of melatonine in the persons skin.I don't know why you have this issue anyways. You are a individual and that is all that matters in this day and age anyways. That is of course unless your one of those people who try anything to keep racisim alive and which I have no use for. Have a Great Day.

I am really shocked by the query. I thought that Americans would at least be rid of this orietnal hangover. You cannot say it is just a curiosity. It exposels a deep seated prejudice. Is it not enough that he is a human being?
