2 tbspoons of minced oinions
1/2 tbspoon of montreal steak seasoning

Serve on a fresh sourdough bun, topped with fresh leaf lettuce, red onion, tomatoe and a light pesto mayo. YUMMY
My own recipe

You can BBQ it and it taste really good that way also. To me the more garlic and onion the better. Of coarse I'm married so I don't have to worry about bad breath, especially since my hubby eats them too!!!

Well, I'm a pretty simple person when it comes to burgers (and perhaps much more) and just like them plain.

A perfect burger for me is a homemade one made out of hamburger that has been hand made, is giant, and is then barbecued. Then it should be on a big sesame seed bun with some catsup only.

See. Simple.

Hope that this helps.

Ground brisket or the fattiest chuck I can find. Mix in a cup of red wine, some cayenne pepper, 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic then make the patty. Grab half of a red onion or a few shallots, throw some olive oil in a pan to caramelize them (makes the shallots even sweeter). Add the caramelized onions wtih some grated cheese and honey or Dijon mustard for a topping. Then crack open a beer put your feet up and think, "What a Country"!!!!

There is a restaurant in my city that does fantastic burger toppings! They serve everything from nut burgers (vegetarian) to beef burgers to oyster burgers! I would love to try a veggie burger with pesto and cambozola mousse (cambozola is a type of cheese) or one with artichoke hearts, roasted red pepper, and feta! See the link below for their burger menu, to get an idea of some new topping combos!

My brother in law makes the best burgers ever!! He has some kind of sauce or something he puts on it...I don't know what but besides that, I like lettuce, tomato, pickles, a little bit of mayo, cheddar or American cheese, mustard, and some ketchup. Yeah that's alot! lol

I'm a semi-vegetarian and I probably only eat a burger about once every three months... but when I do, I'm a purist. I want the best quality meat, cooked pink and juicy, and I don't want anything at all on it but a slice of very good quality cheddar cheese. When I want a salad, I eat a salad!
