you may not be able to bottle it or sell it but you can put it to some good use.....get them to clean out the garage or help you in the garden but remember they are children and may wonder a bit but if you can get them started into responsible things early it will pay off in the long run

One lady said this and I found it so interesting, You want the energy your kids have do you eat what they eat for lunch, like a peanutbutter and banana sandwich. I was facinated by this thought and It sort of makes sense however If you want your kids energy I think it comes from exercising and exercising every day becasue there are many people out there and most with this energy are the ones who exercise.

do some new age woo woo ritual while they're sleeping...
hold a jar over their head and make up the words...
then make sure they run around with the jar all day tommorrow to ensure that the friction from their feet has significantly charged it.

Hehe... Well, you can install a giant hamster wheel in your house and have them run on it. You can probably power your whole city with the energy they will produce.
