Put in a fuel cut off switch. This is usually a toggle switch that is wired into the fuel relay, and is hidden somewhere in the vehicle. If can be mounted under the seat, or the dash.

When the switch is off, the fuel pump is disabled. The car may start, but will quickly die. You may have damage to the ignition, and door, but the van will still be there!

You should be able to have this installed for under $100. E mail me if you need a recommendation for a shop!

Have two seperate kill switches installed. On the passanger side pull the panel and interupe the fuel switch supply and toggle switch it in the glove box.The second one is your choice and locate the toggle under the left of the dash panel above the parking brake; just pick a circuit and interupt it so the toggle will disable the vehicle. Even if the hot wire it they are not going anywhere. You can also buy a flashing diode indicator on ebay or pro shop and install it by the door on the dash panel. They think this is a high end alarm and won't even mess with it. The diodes have very little power consumtion so it will not hurt your battery overnight.
