Is there ant biblical basis to that thing in dawn of the dead were that guy says "when theres no more room in hell, the dead will walk the earth" ?

No biblical basis at all. However if you really want an in-depth truth about Hell and all that concerns it, I will recommend that you read the bible itself. It might be useful to begin with the book John and after that go to the book of Revelation. Revelation is a fantastic book to read ` it's full of great stuff about Heaven and scary stuff about Hell.

No! there is no Biblical basis, for that statement. And God will see to it that, that never happens! Join a good Bible study group
and learn more. It will help you understand better

No,but that stuff is all just movies,but the righteous dead people are going to be resurrected.there is plenty of room in hell it is just a place of inactivity dead for-ever.

No, I don't think so. But on a related note, there is a scripture that says that, "hell hath enlarged it's self" to accommodate all the sinful people.
