said sarcastically "Hi I'm jesus. I died for you so you could return to god, who is all powerful and can do whatever he wants since he created you, but instead of just letting you return to him (which he could do if he wanted since remember he is all powerful), he decided I should come here and die horrifically for you instead so you could see him again. Isn't that great!? I also think of you as my children, but I'm different than you because when your child is in danger, you try to do something about it and would gladly do whatever is in your power to save your child from harm. I on the other hand (who also holds infinite power) decided that I should sit back and watch you F up and hurt yourself and others while I do nothing. There are some people that I also allow nothing bad to happen to and others who I decided should suffer tremendously. But don't worry, I'll reward them later." Why, jesus, why?

Well, I don't know, after he was resurrected no one really recognized Him at first. So unless He has revealed to me that He is the Christ, I would not know Him, except perhaps after talking to Him. He decides who He is revealed to and who not. Similarly the disciples at the transfiguration knew Moses and Elijah without ever meeting them.

John 20, Jesus Appears to Mary Magdalene
15"Woman," he said, "why are you crying? Who is it you are looking for?" Thinking he was the gardener, she said, "Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have put him, and I will get him." 16Jesus said to her, "Mary." She turned toward him and cried out in Aramaic, "Rabboni!" (which means Teacher).

Luke 24, On the Road to Emmaus
13Now that same day two of them were going to a village called Emmaus, about seven miles from Jerusalem...
30When he was at the table with them, he took bread, gave thanks, broke it and began to give it to them. 31Then their eyes were opened and they recognized him, and he disappeared from their sight. 32They asked each other, "Were not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?"

If he had allowed me to know it was Him though, I would probably say something similar to Peter in the following Scripture:

Matthew 16
13When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, "Who do people say the Son of Man is?"
14They replied, "Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets."
15"But what about you?" he asked. "Who do you say I am?"
16Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God."

or maybe better Thomas's reply

John 20:28
Thomas said to him, "My Lord and my God!"

You are the one true saviour who came into the world to save my soul from the utter depths of hell. (On my Knees) I thank you oh lord for all the people who have given me the direction to try to do your will and to continue to reap the harvest. Please stay awhile and come to my home and teach me every way that there is and give to those who do not know the truth about your works the sight to realize that you will return soon to get your children. I lay down my life before you so that you know that I want to be your servant. (I will kiss his feet ) sit in front of him and ask questions about how to be a better witness for him and how to receive the power to heal the sick and lame.

This is a great question! And I could answer you, if I knew what I would say to Him. But thankfully, I know Jesus isn't returning that way. So I won't have to worry about it!

well since jesus comes in multiple form, you never know when he will show up and tap you..that's why everyone should be kind to others, help them when they need help, be nice and be compassionate..

to answer your question, if within my hearts speak for itself, i honestly say " you are my lord, my god and my king". cause that is how i pray, offering him thanks for all the things he have given all mankind, his guidance to young ones and desperate, and most of all, for forgiving all sins in the world that needs forgiving..
