Sell everything you own to pay off the credit cards if you have to...

Those Credit Card companies are EVIL. Cut up the cards. Pay them off and cancel the accounts. Get on a budget and live on less than you earn. Good Luck!

Previous answer is correct about determining value.

Dont worry about selling anything...after you are out of debt and you get some money...you can always buy more stuff!

If you have no use for the car, then by all means sell it. The value is only as much as how badsomeone wants to pay for it. You can get the car appraised to get you a starting point. You can even bring it to an auction for cars. The prices jump there if more than 1 person wants it bad enough. You can set a reserve price too. If you know you want no less than 10k, set it at 10k. If the bidding does not go past that amount, you dont have to sell.
But.........classic cars are worth more and more each year. Once you sell, its gone for good and you will regret it for a very long time. It would be wiser to contact a creidet repair or ounsellor rto reduce your debt and put it under 1 payment per month and lower the interest rate for you. You may be able to apply for a zero percent intererst card and transfer the balances. I would advise you to try this route 1st, if all else fails, then sell the car, but this will be a mistake to lose a car for credit cards!

I'd sell it. It's not the type of car likely to appreciate with any further age. The "hot" cars of the 40s are Fords.

The value depends on many things:

two doors are worth more than four doors

condition is very important for value.

If your not driving it, clean it up really nice and take it to a car show !Could be worth $1,000 - $100,000. It all depends what shape it's in, if it's all original, and if numbers match (chassy, body, motor). Maybe a collector will be at the show, and offer big money for it.Good luck !
