No, it should be interracial. Within the same race would be intraracial. It's the same with internet/intranet. An internet is something connecting networks, while an intranet is a private network that outsiders cannot access.

i agree with "interracial." "interracial" means among different races. "intraracial" means within the same race. like the internet example. or like international means among different nations.
