If you don't recognize the vehicle as belonging to anyone in the area, contact the local police and let them come check them out.

if you are concerned call the police. They will come and check it out. I stopped once to answer an important call I was waiting for and was on the phone for almost 45 minutes when an officer came knocking on my window. The lady whos house I was sitting in front of was concerned. And this is precious that I had broken down but was to frightened to come and ask to use her phone. After a good laugh I told the officer that I didn't believe in driving and talking on the phone but HAD to take this particular call so had pulled over to answer it. So make sure that is not the case. Plus you could be correct he could be hacking into your internet. Lmao.

Well, depending on how you feel about the situation, you could ignore the guy, or you could go ask him why he's in a van outside your house, or you could call the police and they can come ask him why he's in a van outside your house.

Get the licence plate details and ring police or perhaps a good doctor who deals with paranoia. Sitting in a van isn't a crime just yet, but give George Bush time.

Kindly stroll out there and offer him/her/them some coffee. Ask if you can help them...

If you get a .45 to the dome, I guess you know their purpose and found out before they were able to storm your house and blast you there...

If they show you some papers and begin to non-chalantly get out of the van, you know you were tapped for illegal activity and it's time to visit Bubba.

And if you have any houses for sale around the neighborhood, maybe they are trying to get a panoramic view of the area and happen to be in front of your house.

It the FBI, sneak out the back door and escape. A good thing about the FBI, they not want to get out of the AC in the van. So, they not watching the back door.

Call the police and tell them that their is a suspicious vehicle parked in front of your house. describe the vehicle and its occupant(s) to the best of your ability and ask them to check it out. Let them know how long it has been parking there.

Also could be a private investigator but the cops can find that out.
