It is definitely dangerous to constantly have these thought. If you are having daily stresses that cause you to think these things, you need to relieve some of the stress in your life. Look around you and see what you can change, eliminate, to destress yourself. Also, with anxiety and depression, see your physician ASAP. There are many different medicines to help with that. If you get on antidepressants, you will also lose the suicidal tendencies and thoughts. They will also help you not to be afraid of life. I think the depression and anxiety combined is your problem. Seek help immediately before you ruin your life and those who love you's life.

Go to a psychiatrist.I went through that kind of stuff.Suicide is not the answer. You don't think about this kind of stuff during those times but your family will blame themselves if you do succeed. You most likely won't die because the hospital will do everything they can to save your life and then you will be put in a psychiatric hospital where you will sleep, eat and live for a couple weeks. You will be watched 24/7.Even when sleeping.Every door will be locked. You will be watched while you eat.You can't leave cuz the door is locked. They have a bunch of workers. You have therapy 24/7.And when you do get out you will never get that trust back.School will know and everything.Don't do it.

Killing yourself is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Tomorrow you could wake up and something wonderful could happen and if you did anything tonight, you'd never know. Everyone has been at the end of their rope sometime in life, and it's going to get better. If you don't have an aspirations to make your life better, you're going to have to get some help. Like medication, a good doctor. Or a blog. Write your feelings out so that you can reflect them at a different time, to see how you feel later on. I've done that. It's very therapeutic to write.

Was across the street at the parking garage on the top thinking what would happen if i just jump? pretty close to it and my friend talked me down and we went across the street and i got help those thought do wanna make u just end it all but DON'T. things will get better. hope this helps.

Yes . It is dangerous to dwell on bad thoughts. I am reminded of a documentary I once saw , about two teenagers who were glorifying death with a plan for double suicide -with a gun. They both shot themselves in the face . One boy lived . A year later he was interviewed while sitting on a swing in his back yard .It was not very easy for him to talk with his mouth blown to hell . It was not easy for him to live with what he did to himself ; forever reminded that he blew off his face .No matter how hard his parents tried to blame a rock song for this tragic act-the fact remained , he had more problems now that he ever dreamed he had before. Whether one succeeds in ending their life-or not-there ARE alternatives . What the mind can conceive and believe , it can achieve.
The mind is a funny thing , it believes what you tell it and then your own words control you. Why not use it to your advantage ?

Yes, life can be very scary at times... Living life on life's terms can be very frustrating and difficult! You may find it hard to believe that you have a lot more strength and will power than you are giving yourself credit for. How do I know this? For one, you are here on this site putting the question out there... that means you really DO want help and I commend you for that. Even if life is very very hard and even if it feels IMPOSSIBLE to get through certain curcumstances, you CAN do it. The way is through acceptance of life on life's terms. Understand that feelings aren't facts. It's ok to have your feelings but they will pass. I promise.

While it may not be dangerous to contemplate suicide, it is detrimental to your health. You lose sleep or oversleep causing stress on the body. As most answers will say, you will want to get help from an appropriate source.
