Hands down: What I call "Steak-fish." It's any kind of meaty fish that will hold up when turned (flipped) on a grill. My favorites are albacore, shark and swordfish. (Oh, MAN - my mouth is watering now and I'm 4 days from payday! Thanks a LOT! LOL)

I'd say trout. It's quite cheap to buy, hardly needs any prep and tastes great! Just stuff with a tiny bit of garlic, some freshly chopped parsley and some lemon juice, season and wrap loosely in some tin foil. Depending on how hot your BBQ is then ten to twenty minutes should do nicely!

Salmon as it is a fish that can take BBQ sauce. Some fishes are too delicate to use on a grill. Salmon steaks are great for the grill.

Any oily fish really e.g. mackeral as they tend to cook better and not fall apart on the BBQ
