It depends on how strong the relationship and age... a 13 year old will take his girl 2 the movies, but not to the beach

I stated dating at 13, but real relationship - you have to be at least 17 to have it.

13-15 to start having dates but nothing serious
16-18 to have something serious but not sex
I started dating at 12, but didn't do anything so don't worry!!!!

I think when you reach high school you can date. Before that you are to young to have a serious relationship by todays standards.
