because he belongs to the Arab race and speaks Arabic
although many live in countries other than Arabia
the Arabic culture has spread across north Africa ,and at one time included countries in southern Europe,like Portugal and Spain,all of the countries in the middle east are Arab countries(apart from many people in Israel)

because they are from Arabia and speak arabic....and jews are called jews because their religion is called judaism
